Coaching can be life-changing — not just for the person being coached, but for the coach as well. It builds confidence, improves emotional resilience, and strengthens community bonds. At Ready4Life, we’re proud to create space where people grow together — with trust, support, and clarity.
Our coaching isn’t delivered in one-on-one sessions — instead, it reflects the communal nature of South African culture, where learning and growth happen best in groups.
Through small group coaching sessions, we create a space where:
Trust is built within the group
Experiences and challenges are shared openly
Participants learn from one another
Everyone contributes, listens, and grows together
This approach makes the coaching process relational, inclusive, and culturally grounded, while still offering room for individual voices to be heard and supported.
Although the University is responsible for the Academic coaching, we provide additional coaching support specifically tailored to students, helping them:
Understand academic requirements in the cultural context setting
Revise and align their projects with university marking rubrics
Learn how to improve graded assignments through structured feedback
Plan their work to meet expectations, deadlines, and standards
Group coaching allows students to share experiences from their universities, ask questions, and collaborate on improving their academic performance.
